Our Plumbing Health Check includes the following:

Locating and Testing Primary hot and cold shut-off valves 
Inspection of:
All fixture flex lines to identify rust, weak spots or kinks
Kitchen Sink, disposal and dishwasher
Bathroom commodes, tubs, showers and lave faucets
Laundry - washing hoses and drain
Gas Supply to Range
Test and Inspect all fixture isolation valves
Hot/Cold crossover test

Each Health Check includes labeling water shut-off access panels and a thorough inspection report.
